And for my 1000th post....That Greenfield guy, he doesn't work for GIBON Guitars by any chance does he???? If it is the same guy I think I may have seen his work! Yeah, yeah, that's right I have, it was Jumbo with Monkey Pod B&S and Baboon Ebony appointments. Nice axe but the neck had bent like a banana. ![]() ![]() ![]() Cheers Kim |

I pretty sure it's baboon ebony! There's also osage orangutan, marmoset ebony, macaque makore and black lemur limba!! If your interested in the supplier Kim it's Silverback Tonewood Here's a picture of the guy that runs it! His name, I believe, is Magilla Breakstone (No relation I'm sure) ![]() He really knows his different species of trees that's for sure! Be very serious though! He's very business like! Yea! Yea!
